Sizes, Shipping and Returns
This page covers sizes, shipping and returns. We print on canvas in five sizes, ship free in the US, and replace anything that arrives damaged or defective. Orders arrive in about 5 to 7 business days. Read the details below before you order, and measure your wall first, because made-to-order canvases cannot be returned if you change your mind. Every image comes from a public-domain or open-access collection, and each print page names its source.

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping is free on every order. We do not ship to other countries yet.
How long it takes
Each canvas is made after you order. Production takes about 2 business days, and delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. Your order should arrive in about 5 to 7 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include holidays. The estimate is a guide and not a guarantee, because carriers can run late.
Before you order
Check the shipping address on the checkout page. A wrong address can delay your order. Once a canvas is in production, we may not be able to change the address.
If something is wrong
If your canvas arrives damaged or defective, email [email protected] within 30 days with a photo. We will replace it for free. See returns for the full policy.

Returns and Replacements
Returns and Replacements
Made to order
Every canvas is printed after you order it. For that reason, we cannot accept returns when you change your mind, choose the wrong size or decide you do not like the print. Please check the size, the shape and the artwork on the print page before you buy. Our size guide can help.
Damaged or defective prints
If your canvas arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it for free. To start a replacement:
- Email [email protected] within 30 days.
- Include your order details and a photo of the problem.
- We will review it and send a replacement.
What counts as damaged or defective
A canvas that is torn, bent or broken in shipping, or one with a print flaw, qualifies. A different opinion about color or size on screen does not qualify, because screens show color in different ways.
